Here is a delicious way to enjoy Formula 1 Healthy Meal. To reduce calories slightly, you can easily take out flaxseed and use only teaspoon for chia seeds. Same protein and still around 10 grams of protein under 300 calories is great for that fuller for longer feeling with lots of energy for the next few hours and, most importantly stable sugar levels with no fat storing.
