Here is a delicious way to enjoy Formula 1 Healthy Meal. There are a lot of recipes how to make a delicious chia pudding for breakfast, this one ultimately ticks all the boxes as it will have more protein, more nutrients and more fibre than your typical chia pudding and would be classified as a meal in itself so you can rest assured body is getting all the nutrients in a perfect balance.

Set strawberry halves to the bottom (or any other berry fruit (or any other fruit), make 150ml of water with tablespoon of chia seeds an 2 scoops of Protein Drink Mix and place thick mix as the first layer on top of berries, then mix 2 scoops of F1 shake in 150 soya milk with 1 tablespoon of flaxseed and 1 scoop of Oat Apple Fibre mix and place as a 2nd layer on top of a white 1st layer. Decorate with some more fruit on top and put in the fridge to stay for a couple of hours or, in my case, overnight – in the morning, voila, you have a yummy yet healthy and balanced breakfast waiting for you that offers 25 grams of protein and over 10 grams of fibre under 350 calories and with all the vitamins and minerals that body needs. To reduce calories slightly, you can easily take out flaxseed and use only teaspoon for chia seeds. Same protein and still around 10 grams of protein under 300 calories is great for that fuller for longer feeling with lots of energy for the next few hours and, most importantly stable sugar levels with no fat storing.

So, get creative with your breakfasts or keep them simple, the choice is theres and is yours.
