” I absolutely love this challenge. There is a group of people that are keeping you in check and accountable. The coaches are super helpful and always available.

The plan is easy to follow with delicious recipes that are easy and fast to make. Contrary to other plans, I am not eating same food for days but rather have a variety of options at hand. My energy has improved tremendously and I have lost significant weight in just 2.5 weeks.
