"Since starting and revamping my complete food relationship I’ve also found lots of foods that were making me feel so poorly. I constantly had tummy issues which would flare. Since cutting out pasta, rice, bread and most starchy carbs my digestion is 1000% better. It always reacts very quickly now if I eat something which I’m sensitive too. I had a few spoonfuls of Wholemeal Rice last night and my digestion was unsettled for a few hours. I've never been a fan of cooking in my life. So, you can imagine what a delight it is to discover a love of cooking at the ripe age of 58. All I can talk about to my daughters is how much I love preparing and eating these meals. And my partner is in heaven as I am cooking lovely, delicious food for him every day! Huge lifestyle changes going on right now! Thank you all so much!
Thank you all for a great first week. Loving everyone's energy in the group. It is such a great support network. Really enjoy seeing what everyone is having and I am a big fan of the training videos. (I am slowly developing a love/hate relationship with squats(. The meals and snacks have been so tasty & goes without saying - as are the shakes. I am noticing the difference in my energy levels & my shape already - and my partner is noticing too!
I really can not thank you all enough. Throughout my childhood I was brought up on chips and we only had veg on Sunday. My children were living on processed foods as that was all I knew. We have followed 4 Week Challenge recipes amd have tried lots of different meals. Some have been ticked to stay with us after the challenge ends. I've allowed children 2 days to have processed foods. So, it has not only helped me - it is also helping my children have better diet!
Since having our baby at the end of March, I've really struggled to get into routine to shift the baby weight. Since starting 4 week challenge, I've lost 7 lbs in weight, my hydration is UP and I lost 8 cm from around my belly. I am absolutely over the moon. We are eating more than ever and feeling amazing. Hubby has also lost 6lbs and 5 cm around his belly. Absolutely love the meal plans, the exercises, daily disciplines and, most of all, the wonderful support from everyone!

Just done wk 1 results. 4inch off the bust 1 inch off the waist 3 inch off the hip 4. 1/2 off the thigh 2 1/2 off the arm 3lb weight loss . Bring on week 2!
I cant believe myself i done this in a week , my mindset has completely changed, when I have treatment I tend to eat/drink lots of carb sugary stuff (feel crap/eat crap mode) and it sets me off like that for a few days, this time i cried the following day cos I was proud of myself that I stuck to my plan throughout it al!
Before I joined the challenge, I struggled with staying on track with my Herbalife Nutrition plan, I felt I needed more guidance and support. What I liked the most is trying various recipes on the plan. It felt great that I managed to achieve most of my daily plan. I gained energy and feeling good about myself. It helped having excellent coaches to support me and seeing results in weight loss. I wish to thank my coaches Cassy and Sanela for their professionalism and support throughout the four weeks and I will continue to eat healthily to feel even better about myself on the inside as well as outside. A big thumbs up and I highly recommend it as it is a healthy, safe eating plan and not a diet: it is just great to educate people of how to eat properly and get positive results.!
I enjoy my morning shake with added blueberries. I’ve just about got through my third weekend without wanting a glass of wine or G&T – I am so pleased with myself. I’m loving the challenge and I am finding it very easy to follow – much easier than I thought. I also like that I do not need to go to “get weighed” or to”a class”. I like reading all the posts, which inspires me to continue. I will be doing more challenges as I feel like I am losing weight almost without trying. I tried on a top yesterday, which I had for years, and was just a little bit too tight – but not any more. This makes all this worthwhile…
I have surprised myself. I don’t usually drink water and I only used to eat once a day. Now I eat 5-6 times a day and drink lots of water. I feel 100% better within myself! Before the challenge, I was constantly tired and putting on more and more weight. Thanks to the constant support from our coaches and moral support from the whole group, I can see a difference in my body shape and energy levels. Thank you Coach Cassy and Coach Sanela and everyone else in the support group for their encouragement that I needed so much at a time! I really appreciate the education and knowledge I gained and I would recommend the challenge to anyone.
I absolutely love 4 week challenge. There is a group of people that are keeping you in check and accountable. The coaches are super helpful and always available. The plan is easy to follow with delicious recipes that are easy and fast to make. Contrary to other plans, I am not eating same food for days but rather have a variety of options at hand. My energy has improved tremendously and I have lost significant weight in just 2.5 weeks. I wish I also added more exercise but I plan to do that in next challenge which I will absolutely attend. Before starting the challenge I was hesitant and afraid since I have chronic digestive autoimmune disease and I didn’t know how the supplements and shakes would impact it. I had private consult with Sanela and she ensured that I get appropriate protein and supplements that would not cause flair ups and worsen my condition. If anything my condition is better not worse. This is a lifestyle challenge that I intend to keep forever.
My name is Kelly & I am a foodaholic. Yesterday I said NO to a piece of chocolate fudge cake (vegan and low sugar) despite my colleagues trying to reel me in. I felt to proud. After learning about the hormones on the challenge, it was easy to say NO as I now understand cravings. I feel so empowered to fight the beast within! I used to have cravings and not eat regularly, feel bloated, lethargic and unwell. During the challenge, I felt positive and in control of making better more conscious food choices. I valued the education I received daily and having more energy. Looking forward to continue with the programme.
I started my challenge hoping that it would get me on the path to weight loss as, due to illness, I’d not been able to exercise properly for 2 years. Over the course of 30 day challenge, not only have I lost weight, but I’ve gained more energy, the pains in my body that I just accepted as normal have now been significantly reduced and, for that reason, this has become a way of life for me now. Sharing my journey with all the amazing people in the group was so inspirational, I honestly couldn’t have done it without you all. The education, hints, tips and motivational daily posts from Sanela and Cassy were priceless. So much love to everyone and good luck with all your continued work.
Just over a week into the challenge and I am feeling great! I am going stronger every day, even though I miss my Cappuccino, which is hard, but it is worth it. I do not even worry about scales, because I know the weight will come off. I appreciate this group so very much. I’ve learnt from each of you. The encouragement and support has been so much more than I anticipated. I feel like this group is more about education and community than about just “weight loss”. Living a healthy lifestyle being the main focus. This is rare in the world these days. Most groups are only driven by money and results, instead of truly changing lives and letting the results follow. I have been sleeping very light for years, however, after one week on the plan, I feel well and have been sleeping so soundly. I have no sugar cravings at all, just the salt cravings occasionally, but it is not going to beat me. I’m actually loving eating like this. My digestion is so much better. I can’t see any benefit of eating differently! It is one of the most sensible balanced eating plans I’ve come across. Coaches are genuinely driven to help. It is coming from a very good place. I feel I am back in control of my body. My IBS is so much better and I’ve lost weight, and my tummy flab. I have so much more energy and plan to continue with the plan long term. If you follow the plan, stick to the very simple rules, move yourself every day – you will get results. It’s not a crash diet, but a change in lifestyle and I’d recommend it to anyone!

Before I joined the challenge, I lacked discipline and was not able to say NO to unhealthy foods. I am glad I joined as I lost weight and my tummy is flatter. My figure has changed. Now it is much easier to say No to unhealthy choices. I enjoyed being in the group of people all trying to achieve the same thing and supporting each other. I liked the manual which gave comprehensive and clear information about the plan and lots of tasty recipes. I felt empowered during the programme and in control of my own goal. I wasn’t afraid to say NO to high fat and high sugar foods when in company of others and happy to eat my own way even if everyone else was eating differently. I liked the discipline of the daily exercises and did not mind getting up earlier each day to fit them in. Yes, I would recommend the challenge because if you stick to it then you do see obvious results and benefits. It is really helpful to have the advice of coaches available on request and being in the support group of like minded people facing the same challenges. Thank you, coaches, for your support!
I came at the challenge from a place that was far from healthy; in fact, I was sabotaging my health with a combination of not eating and binge eating. Only three weeks into the plan and my nutrition consciousness has improved… The recipes are delicious and will almost eradicate cravings within the first week, which came as a surprise to me. The group format and ethos of sharing and supporting each other came as a wonderful bonus, I really did not expect the huge positive impact of the group. Would I recommend it? ABSOLUTELY! My skin is better, I am not waking up at 2AM raiding the fridge, I’ve dropped in weight, I feel better, stronger and even happier. I will be joining again.
